When you purchase a loose diamond from ValuExchange / Diamond Importers, you will receive a copy of the Diamond Certificate issued by the GIA. Packages are typically delivered by 10:30 a.m. on the day following shipment, and require a signature for delivery. We want you to be pleased with your Diamond Importers purchase. However, if within 15 days after your purchase has been shipped from Diamond Importers you decide to return it for a refund or an exchange, please: Call us at 800-242-5610 to receive your return authorization code. Please write this authorization code on the return shipping label and the original invoice. The original invoice must be included in the returned package. Secure all merchandise in its original packaging. We cannot accept merchandis that is not returned to us as instructed. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent.
